Empowering past and present residents and clients of affordable housing programs and local stakeholders is one of the most effective ways to communicate the positive impact of programs
Attention Residents!
Emergencies arise when residents and/or HA staff are faced with a health or life-threatening situation, or there is a condition that might result in serious structural or system damage if not corrected immediately. Emergencies will fall into one of two categories; 1) those happening during the regular workday or 2) those that occur after hours or on weekends. If you would like to see a list of what is considered an emergency, please visit: MonroeHousing NC.com/Maintenance.
MHA Parking Enforcement
MHA enforces a strict parking policy. All residents with vehicles parked on MHA property must have a parking permit displayed at all times. All cars should pull into a parking space, and all vehicles in violation of the Monroe Housing Authority parking policy are subject to being towed.
