Sealed bids are being received until 3:00 p.m., April 19, 2023, by Monroe Housing Authority and CARE West Ridge LLC for Landscape and Lawn Care Services. Scope of work and Instructions may be obtained on the website at www.monroehousing-nc.com or by calling 704.289.2514.

Bids may be delivered to office at 504 Hough Street, Monroe, NC, deposited through our drop box and by mail to Monroe Housing Authority, Sealed Bid, P.O. Box 805, Monroe, NC 28111.

Bids will be publicly opened and read at 3:01 p.m. on April 19, 2023. Award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder who meets all requirements. Preference will be given to Section 3 contractors.

Davis Bacon Act Regulations will be applied to this contract. Monroe Housing Authority and CARE West Ridge LLC reserve the right to reject any and all bids.
