West Ridge Residents - Parking Permits

Effective August 1st, 2024 there will be a new required parking permit enforced. Please come by the office for your new permit

Reminders

1. One permit will be issued to each vehicle registered to a household.
   1. If the head of household is the only person of age to operate a vehicle, and the head of household possesses a North Carolina Driver's License, only one permit will be issued.
   2. If there is more than one adult who resides in the household and is on the lease as a resident and possesses a North Carolina Driver's License and owns or has a vehicle, they may also apply for a parking permit.
2. At the time of application, the applicant must supply CARE-West Ridge LLC a copy of the applicant's North Carolina Driver's License, valid insurance, and a copy of the registration card of the vehicle to receive the permit.
3. No parking permits will be issued to unlicensed drivers, uninsured vehicles, and or unregistered vehicles.
4. Parking permits will not be issued to visitors. CARE-West Ridge LLC resident's lease makes concessions that allow residents to have visitors however visitors will have to park on the street and not take parking spaces designed for resident parking. Visitor's parked in resident spaces will be subject to be towed. If a vehicle is towed, CARE-West Ridge LLC will bear no expense for the towing.
5. Each vehicle will display the assigned permit in the rear glass at the left bottom of the window.
6. Vehicles must be pulled in, backed in vehicles subject to tow.
7. Inoperable vehicles such as deflated or missing tires, broken window etc. are subject to tow as well.
8. There will be no sharing of parking stickers. The sticker assigned to each vehicle will remain on that vehicle until which time the resident no longer lives on CARE-West Ridge property, the permitted vehicle is no longer the property of, or used by the resident, or the sticker has been revoked.
