Accepting Bids: Landscape and Lawn Care Services

Sealed bids are being received until 1:00 p.m., April 24, 2025 by Monroe Housing Authority, agent for CARE SWG, LLC and CARE West Ridge LLC for Landscape and Lawn Care Services.

Bids may be delivered to office at 504 Hough Street, Monroe, NC, deposited through our drop box and by mail to Monroe Housing Authority, Sealed Bid, P.O. Box 805, Monroe, NC 28111. Bids will be publicly opened and read at 1:01 p.m. on April 24, 2025.

The award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder who meets all requirements. Preference will be given to Section 3 contractors. Davis Bacon Act Regulations may apply to this contract. Monroe Housing Authority, agent for CARE SWG, LLC and CARE West Ridge LLC, reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
